Can I return or exchange my item?

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges at this time. All sales are final.

What happens if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Oh no! If your received the wrong order or your items are damaged, please email us as soon as possible at moodygirlgoods@gmail.com with your order number and photo of the item. Please allow 2-3 business days for a response from customer service.

How can I make a change to my shipping address?

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before submitting your order. If you receive a confirmation email with an incorrect shipping address, please email us at moodygirlgoods@gmail.com as soon as possible to make any changes. Once your order has shipped, we cannot make changes to your shipping address.

What if my package is lost or stolen?

Moody Girl is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed to be delivered to the shipping address provided. Moody Girl is not responsible for orders that are delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided at the time of checkout. Please confirm your shipping address is correct before submitting your order.
